Zur Zeit gibt es auch im aktuellen RC keine Möglichkeit Festplatten in FAT32 zu formatieren. Warum ist mir noch immer unklar, denn es gibt immer noch viele Geräte die kein NTFS sprechen. Möglich wird es dank der guten alten Kommandozeile (Windowstaste+R und direkt “CMD” eingeben, natürlich ohne “”). . Dann der Befehl:

format X: /q /fs:fat32

Wobei „q“ für quick und „fs:fat32″ für das Filesystem FAT32 steht und nicht zu vergessen das “X” wird durch den Laufwerksbuchstabe der Wahl ersetzt. Danach kann man auch einfacher die Festplatte in WBFS konvertieren (was auch immer das sein mag)
